| Department of Computer Science was established in the year 1998 with intake of 40 seats. Now, it runs with intake of 120 seats. It has a long standing history of producing highly specialized Computer Science graduates every year, and they have a high professional standing in software industries. The faculties at our Department are highly dedicated and qualified members engaged in active research in their area of specialization. Department has excellent infrastructure in the form state-of-art labs and fully equipped library. Computer Science and Engineering Association, in short COMSCEAS, is the student association, and therein the students are engaged in conducting the National Level Technical Symposium, called C-EPOCH, every year. Our students published many articles in National, International Journals and Conferences on part of their final year project. To provide industry based training, our department signed MoU with IBM, CISCO and Microsoft. Post Graduate programme in Computer Science has been started in the year 2011 with intake of 20 seats. |
